Mr. R. Subramaniayam
Subramanian R, is a BA, BL , MLM and company Advisory with over 30 years of experience in administration and Practicing law at Chennai High courts and he was born in Ramanathapuram districts near Chatharakudi, Tamilnadu, He has great knowledge in Agriculture and Animal husbandry, He has ability to manage to train and guided rural youth and capable of supporting and driving the government administrative activities and provide right guidance and direction to the Trust, he is the founder of Ettram Public Trust and serves as the Managing Trustee .
Dr. Vinayagam
Dr.Vinayagam is an MLM, MA, Phd from Madras University, Professor focused on Labour law management with over 21 years of teaching experience. He has taught over thousands of students on HR and labour law specialization, He has presented many papers in national and international seminars. He is passionate about rural youth training and development and Philanthropic work through the Ettram Public Charitable trust and serves on the Trustee on board of advisors
Mrs. Geetha Gunaseelan
Geetha Gunaseelan is an MSc, M.Phil.ICEPT with 15 years of teaching experience and helped in coaching and nurturing many Rural and young children develop their skills and she is a specialist in Montessori and early childhood education with international Certification program from ASIAN international College, Singapore, she is passionate about serving Rural youth and women development. She has provided guidance to many young women to improve their teaching skills and serves as the trustee member on-board
Mr. Jethin Prashanth
An BE, MBA from a premium institute from Hyderabad with 5 Years of experience in managerial roles at larger corporate and currently a management Consultant and CEO of the educational and Software development unit in Chennai, he has greater experience in strategic management to drive a program to success, been passionate about Agriculture and integrated farming, he is part of larger assignment with Big family rural development project, to enable rural youth with proven project success model and improve their social economic status , he serves as the young Trustee member on board
